MOPS
Finally there is a play group for moms! Welcome, Mothers of Preschoolers! Here we focus on YOUR needs, while your children are being cared for by our loving caregivers. Our meetings are designed to provide you with opportunities to relax, make new friends, enjoy adult conversation, learn a new skill or craft, hear inspirational and informational guest speakers and engage in group discussions on topics of interest to Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS).
As moms, we long to create homes where our families can thrive and grow - and we can too. Our homes must be physically and also emotionally safe places. In them we bond, we eat and play and rest together, we decorate and provision our special home spaces. Our theme this year is TOGETHER ON PLANET MOM.
What is MOPS?
Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) is
for moms of children from pregnancy through kindergarten. It’s a place
to take a much deserved break as we all share in the challenges and
rewards of raising children during this critical window of time.
Meetings include informative and inspirational guest speakers, creative
activities, adult conversation, refreshments and more! Childcare is
provided!
What does it cost?
MOPS International Membership
registration fee of $23.95 goes directly to MOPS International and will
provide you with support and encouragement through a full year
subscription to MOMSense Magazine published bi-monthly, weekly
Mom-E-Mail, and this years theme book.
Our $5.00/meeting fee covers costs such as: speakers, crafts, supplies, moppets’ curriculum and more. We offer a discount if you pay for the entire year - $50.00.
Scholarships are available.
