The E mmanuel M issions T eam goes on a missions trip every summer.  Our 2008 mission was to the town of Boistfort, WA where some of the worst flood damage occurred in last winter’s storms. During the week of July 22-28, we helped the people of Boistfort with projects and put on a VBS for the children every afternoon during the week. It was nothing short of revival as we saw 14 children accept the Good News and give their lives to Jesus.

The 2009 EMT is still TBD; keep a watchful eye and pray about whether the Lord would have you apply!

Being a part of the EMT is a special privilege which we take very seriously. We have to raise our own funds for the trip and participate in many meetings. We have spiritual goals to meet in order to be on the team, and we have to set an example for others by living for Jesus in everything we do. The rewards, however, are always worth the sacrifices!
